Ed Tarlov is a partner in the firm, concentrating his practice in real estate, business and banking transactions. Ed’s clients consist of builders, lenders, real estate investors and families in a wide array of real estate matters, including acquisition, sale, financing, leasing, and formation and management of condominiums and homeowners associations. He has handled over 10,000 real estate and business transactions from family homes to office buildings.
Ed was born in Wilmington, Delaware. He graduated from Mount Pleasant High School in 1976. He went on to graduate from Ithaca College in 1980 with a B.S. in Business Administration and received his law degree from Drake University Law School in 1984.
Ed has written and lectured on various real estate topics, presented to numerous organizations, including the Delaware Bar Association, the New Castle County Board of Realtors, the Omega School of Real Estate, Long & Foster, Coldwell Banker and the Delaware Association of Realtors, just to name a few.
Ed received the Education Award in 2001 and the Affiliate Award in 2002 from the New Castle County Board of Realtors. He received a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2002 from Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County. Ed is featured as a “Top Lawyer” in Delaware Today (2016).
When Ed is not productively occupied practicing law, he spends his time with family and friends at the beach, on the golf course, and playing with his favorite dog Daisy.
