Business and Corporate Litigation
Kevin A. Guerke, a partner in the firm, has dedicated his career to trying cases and his skills in the court room are top tier. This has benefited his clients greatly and his track record of success is substantial. The hallmark of Kevin’s practice, however, is his versatility. He represents individuals, small businesses and large national corporations. Regardless of the matter, Kevin has tried jury and non-jury cases in every state and federal court in Delaware, including multi-million dollar disputes in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court.
Kevin has an undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and a law degree from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. He began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Jerome O. Herlihy of the Delaware Superior Court.
