The candidate must have a minimum of five years managing personal injury, worker’s compensation and/or medical negligence cases for the plaintiff from case intake through trial, including distribution and lien resolution. The candidate should be highly motivated, able to work independently, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have extraordinary case and client management skills.
The candidate will play an integral role in supporting a partner with all aspects of client files, including case investigation, document management, drafting/editing pre-trial discovery, calendar management, file maintenance, and basic data entry.
